We establish"Yihai Carbon based New Materials Research Institute"with Xi`an University Of Science And Technology,Xi'an Shiyou University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology,optimizing product processes and formulas continuously,and have achieved more than 50 patents.

After more than ten years of hard work,We have completed the research and mass production of integrated production equipment for stone paper, honeycomb sheets, and hollow sheets; We has established a full chain service from equipment supply, technical guidance, to product design, production, testing and sales.The annual production capacity of stone paper, hollow board and other products reaches 100000 tons and the products have been exported to 11 countries.

We currently has a production capacity of 100000 tons per year, and will increase it to 1.2 million tons per year in the next 5 years. At present, we have 60 independently developed production lines, including 12 stone paper production lines. The supporting equipment is complete, including ink printing machines, UV printers, 20 welding machines, 10 die-cutting forming equipment, 5 circular and flat pressing equipment, 6 thin knife paper separators, 4 automatic riveting machines, 20 automatic nail box machines, etc.

We have multiple authoritative tests and certifications such as ISO9001, CE, FDA, REACH, and ROHS. The product quality is excellent and meets the requirements of domestic and foreign customers for material stability, safety, and environmental protection.

For every 10000 tons of stone plastic boxes produced, 100000 tons of wastewater discharge can be reduced, 16000 trees are not be cut down, and 30000 square meters of landfill space can be saved. Our products contribute to carbon reduction and circular economy, in line with the national strategy of "carbon neutrality".

Using environmentally friendly carbon based materials and food grade PP as raw materials, the products can be recycled, and the products are lightweight, high-strength, and have low deformation rate. They can be widely used in fields such as automotive parts, turnover boxes, agricultural and sideline product packaging, frozen product packaging, construction, transportation, household appliances, etc.
