Lightweight PP hollow sheets with a fluted channel structure engineered for returnable packaging, protective panels, signage, industrial fabrication, automotive dunnage, electronics packaging, and heavy-duty agricultural uses.

Polypropylene (PP) Resin Matrix

Grammage (GSM) & Thickness Selection Guide

• To balance flexural rigidity, sheet load capacity, and weight, both thickness and GSM (Grams per Square Meter) must be specified:
• 2 mm – 3 mm (250 – 500 gsm): Ideal for indoor/outdoor signage, tree guards, lightweight dividers, and temporary surface protection.
• 4 mm – 5 mm (600 – 1000 gsm): Recommended for standard returnable packaging boxes, layer pads, automotive dunnage, and agricultural totes.
• 6 mm – 7 mm (1100 – 1800 gsm): Designed for heavy-duty industrial containers, high-stacking totes, structural protective panels, and bulk transport partitions.

Surface Treatment & Dyne Level
Standard Grade: Untreated surface suitable for general mechanical fabrication and protective applications.
Corona Treated Grade: Extrusion surface treated to ≥ 40 dynes/cm (measured via dyne test pens) to ensure optimal ink adhesion for UV screen printing, digital printing, and adhesive lamination.

Lightweight Structural Efficiency: High rigidity-to-weight ratio allows significant weight reduction in logistics, reducing overall freight costs.
100% Moisture & Weather Resistance: Impervious to water and humidity. Unlike paper-based corrugated fiberboard, PP fluted sheets maintain full structural strength in wet environments.
